Air Duct Cleaning Professionals in North Bay | 5,000 CFM Commercial Power
Northern Ontario's trusted duct cleaning specialists since 1981. Our commercial-grade 5,000 CFM vacuum system with triple filtration extracts 99.9% of dust, allergens, and debris from your home. Not blown around. Extracted. Zero mess guaranteed.

Why North Bay Homes Need Professional Duct Cleaning
Your home’s ductwork circulates air thousands of times per year. Every time your furnace or air conditioner runs, air passes through those ducts—picking up and redistributing whatever has accumulated inside them.
In North Bay and Northern Ontario, our long heating season means your HVAC system works overtime. From October through April, your ducts are constantly moving air—and constantly accumulating dust, pet dander, pollen, and debris. Older homes in neighborhoods like Birchaven, Ferris, Pinewood, and Airport Hill often have original 1950s-1980s ductwork that has been collecting contaminants for decades.
The Hidden Problem:
- Dust and allergens accumulate in ductwork over years—invisible but constantly recirculating
- Every heating cycle blows these contaminants back into your living space
- Northern Ontario’s 8+ month heating season means more recirculation than most regions
- Pet dander, mold spores, and construction dust become permanent residents in uncleaned ducts
- Family members with allergies or asthma often suffer without knowing the cause
The Mason Solution
Our 5,000 CFM commercial-grade vacuum system creates genuine negative pressure throughout your entire duct system. We seal every register, connect to your main trunk line through a sealed access point, and run continuous extraction. Every particle of dust, dander, and debris exits your home through our triple-filtered system. The result: cleaner air, reduced allergens, and a home that feels fresher from the first breath.
Commercial-Grade Equipment That Actually Works
What Happens When We Arrive
Step 1: Arrival & Assessment (15 minutes)
Our technician arrives, introduces themselves, and walks through your home to assess your duct system. We identify all access points, count registers, and explain the process. We answer any questions before we begin.
Step 2: System Preparation (15 minutes)
We seal every floor register throughout your home to create a closed system. Our commercial vacuum is connected to the main trunk line through a sealed access point. This creates negative pressure throughout your entire duct system—nothing can escape.
Step 3: Extraction & Cleaning (90 minutes)
With continuous 5,000 CFM suction running, we work through each section of your duct system. The powerful negative pressure draws out years of accumulated dust, debris, and allergens. All debris travels through our sealed system to the triple-filtered collection unit—nothing enters your living space.
Step 4: Sanitization & Completion (30 minutes)
Optional organic, EPA-registered disinfectant treatment eliminates mold, bacteria, and odors without leaving chemical residue. We remove all seals, properly close access points, and walk you through what we found. We show you the collected debris—you’ll be surprised by what was living in your ducts.

Common Questions About Duct Cleaning
Q: How often should I have my ducts cleaned?
A: It depends on your household. Standard homes should clean every 1-3 years. Homes with pets benefit from annual cleaning. If family members have allergies or asthma, every 6-12 months is recommended. After renovations, clean immediately to remove construction dust.
Q: Will duct cleaning make a mess in my home?
A: Never. We seal every register and connect our 5,000 CFM vacuum directly to your trunk line through a sealed access point. Our triple filtration system captures 99.9% of all debris. Your home is cleaner when we leave than when we arrived—that’s our guarantee.
Q: How long does the service take?
A: A standard residential duct cleaning takes approximately 2.5 hours. We take the time to do it right—no rushing, no shortcuts.
Q: What's included in the service?
A: Complete cleaning of all supply and return ducts, all floor registers cleaned, main trunk line access and cleaning, system assessment, and our zero-mess guarantee. Optional organic sanitization treatment is available.
Q: Do you move furniture?
A: We work around your furniture. We may ask you to move small items away from registers before we arrive for easier access.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes. We carry full liability insurance and are WSIB registered for commercial projects. David Mason is WETT certified. We’ve been in business since 1981.
